Environmental Sovereignty is the eighth volume in The Sovereignty Series and the seventh of the eight pillars. It is the pillar that sits underneath every other pillar in the framework, because nothing else works on land we do not control, breathing air we do not defend, drinking water we do not own.

This is the volume for the fight of this decade. New industry is going up next door to Black neighborhoods again, this time to power artificial intelligence, and this time the federal tools our elders spent forty years building are being pulled back. We do not have the luxury of waiting for someone else to protect us. This book is the plan for protecting ourselves.

The three geographies do not have three separate problems. They have one problem in three places.
